SITE: represents the web pages belonging to SC MURS SOCIETY SRL, located at the address www.murscoffee.ro, through which the USER has access to information on the services and products offered by producer.
CLIENT: Any natural or legal person who purchases by any means products from the website www.murscoffee.ro. He may be called in this document, both Client and Buyer, depending on the context.
USER: The person who visits the website www.murscoffee.ro
ABUSIVE USE: Represents the use of content elements on the site, without the written consent of the Provider and the use of the SITE contrary to the practice in the field, regulations and legislation in force or in any other way that damages the society.
1. Site content
- The information published on the SITE is information of general interest about SC MURS SOCIETY SRL, the products sold by it, as well as other information considered to be of interest to USERS.

- The prices of the products on this SITE are informative and may change without notice. The promotions presented on the SITE are valid during the mentioned time period. If no time period is mentioned, they are valid while stocks last. In case of stock exhaustion, the www.murscoffee.ro representative will offer alternatives by presenting other products similar in appearance and technical specifications to the ordered product whose stock has been exhausted.
- SC MURS SOCIETY SRL is not and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by errors, inaccuracies or non-updating of the information published or maintained on the SITE, which are not due to its fault.
- SC MURS SOCIETY SRL reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.
- Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the SITE will be resolved amicably within 15 working days from the date of written notice of the problems by the USER.
4. Losses/Additional Costs
- SC MURS SOCIETY SRL is not responsible for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if these are directly caused by your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- SC MURS SOCIETY SRL not responsible for damages caused as a result of the Site not functioning as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.
5. Contract documents
- By registering an Order on the Site, the Customer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
- The notification received by the Customer, after placing the Order, has an informative role and does not represent the acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.
- The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Customer at the moment the Customer receives from the Seller, by means of e-mail and/or SMS, the notification of dispatch of the Order.
6. Sales Policy
- The products on the website www.murscoffee.ro can only be sold based on an order. Access to place an order is allowed to any Buyer.
- In case of justified reasons, the Provider can restrict the access of a User or Buyer. The latter can contact the Provider through the displayed contact data, to find out the reasons for the application of the restriction measures.
- We reserve the right to refuse collaboration with customers who have refused deliveries in their order history.
- The prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT. The Green Stamp tax is included in the price of the products.
- SC MURS SOCIETY SRLmay publish on the Site information about Goods and/or Services and/or promotions practiced by it, in a certain period of time and within the limit of available stock.
- All the information used to describe the Goods available on the Site (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.
- After purchasing a product, the Buyer can be contacted at the email address used for the order to write a review related to the purchase made.
7. Order
- Products on www.murscoffee.ro can be purchased exclusively by placing an online order. To order, you must select the desired products, press “Add to cart” and then “Complete Order”. After completing the invoicing details and choosing the payment method, press the “Place order” button. After pressing the “Place order” button, a confirmation email will be sent with all the details of the order.
- The order can be placed by creating a user account or as an unregistered user.
- Complete the order only after filling in all the required information in the available fields and pressing the “Place order” button. Adding a product to the cart, without completing the order, does not represent the registration of an order nor the reservation of the product.
- Once the order is placed, the Buyer agrees that all the data provided is true, correct and complete.
- By placing the Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may contact him, by any means available/agreed by the Seller, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Buyer.
- The availability of a Good will be displayed on the Site as follows:
- “in stock” – we have more than 3 pieces in stock
- “limited stock” – we have less than 3 pieces in stock
- “out of stock” – The good is no longer available in stock
8. Billing – Payment
- Product prices displayed on the www.murscoffee.ro website include VAT. according to the legislation in force and the Green Stamp Tax.
- The purchase price of the products is the one from the moment the order is issued, within the limit of available stock.
- Payment for the products is made either online, by bank card, or cash on delivery.
- Payment for products ordered on www.murscoffee.ro is made exclusively in EUR.
- Online card payments made on the www.murscoffee.ro website are processed using the 3D Secure standard, thus ensuring a safe, simple payment option that respects the privacy of buyers.
- For online payments, www.murscoffee.ro uses the mobilpay.ro platform and all cards issued under the VISA and MASTERCARD logo are accepted.
- For online transactions, card data processing is done exclusively through mobilpay.ro, www.murscoffee.ro does not request or store any details related to the card used.
- No commission is charged for bank card payments.
- The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.
- In the case of cash-on-delivery payment, the Buyer will pay the order value and the transport when receiving the package (if the order value is less than 100 EUR or if delivery is desired outside the transport areas of the Fedex International company).Here you can consult the list of localities where shipping is free for orders of at least 100 EUR.
- The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice related to the Order, exclusively in electronic format, by e-mail, to the address used at the time of placing the Order.
9. Order cancellation
- MURS SOCIETY SRL does not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding the prices, characteristics or product images on www.murscoffee.ro. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such errors, www.murscoffee.ro reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
- The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations, and not only:
- the prices displayed on the website www.murscoffee.ro are the result of a material error;
- the ordered product/products are no longer in stock;
- the transaction was not accepted by the bank issuing the Buyer’s card;
- the data provided by the Buyer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect;
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a product, within 14 calendar days, without incurring costs other than those of delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good expires within 14 calendar days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good – if the Buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part – in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
- Any return must be preceded by a written notification of the intention to return, to the address orders@murscoffee.ro, in which the name and surname of the buyer, contact telephone number, invoice number, the product to be returned, the reason for the return will be specified ( optional) and the bank account for the refund.
- Return conditions within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order:
- The product must be in new condition, without signs of wear, scratches, chips, bumps, or defects caused by an external shock.
- The product must be returned in the original box, together with all accessories received and a copy of the invoice.
- All of this must be properly packed to protect against possible damage during transport. Missing or damaged labels, markings on the products may lead to the refusal of the return request.
- Products purchased in the form of special packages or that benefit from other gift products cannot be returned individually but also in the form of a package or together with the gift product.
- If the purchase generates a gift coupon, and it has been used, the return of the value of the products will be made with the discount of the coupon value.
- Returns will not be accepted within 14 calendar days, if the products show signs of wear and cannot be resold.
- Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the application of a compliance fee or the refusal of the return request. If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we can claim the return value. This decision will be communicated based on a technical assessment of the returned product made by the MURS SOCIETY SRL technical department.
- If the Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Buyer informs the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be returned as follows:
- for orders paid by bank card ->by refund to the account from which the payment was made
- for orders paid with cash on delivery -> by bank transfer to the account mentioned by the buyer in the return request sent.
- The return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.
10. Delivery of products
- Products are delivered anywhere in the country, exclusively through Fedex International, within a maximum of 5-7 working days from placing the order.
- Transport costs:
- Shipping is free for orders of at least 100 EUR. Delivery is free only through the courier company Fedex, in areas where they have coverage. The door-to-door delivery service outside Fedex’s transport areas requires an additional fee. In this case, shipping is borne by the customer. Here you can consult the list of localities where transport is free.
- 20 EUR for orders under 100 EUR, to which is added the additional zone tariff, in case the delivery is made outside the transport areas of the Fan Courier company.
- If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the mutually agreed time interval, the courier will return once more after managing to contact the customer. If the customer is not found at the delivery address even on the second delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and the product returned to the murscoffee.ro headquarters, with the customer bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered .
- We are not responsible for possible shipping delays if they are caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions or unavoidable extraordinary circumstances.
11. Warranties
- All products sold on the website www.murscoffee.ro benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force, for 2 years from the delivery of the order.
- In the case of products sold on the website www.murscoffee.ro, the warranty certificates are issued directly by producer, together with the details of the service center that provides repairs during the warranty period.
- In the event of a product failure during the warranty period, murscoffee.ro ensures the repair through its own service department.
- In order to benefit from the guarantee, the Buyer will send an email to the address orders@murscoffee.ro in which he will specify the invoice number, the product, the claimed defect.
- Subsequently, the Seller will contact the Buyer who requested the application of the guarantee to register the request.
- Transport costs related to the repair of products under warranty are borne by the Seller.
- Product warranty certificates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of placing the order, together with the related tax invoice.
- Failure to observe the optimal conditions of assembly, installation, use and maintenance of the products may lead to the loss of the warranty.
Important! Only after the registration of the product repair request by a murscoffee.ro representative will it be possible to send the product under warranty to the Seller’s headquarters.
