Return policy

SC MURS SOCIETY SRL offers you the possibility of returning the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product ,  without incurring costs other than those of delivery.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good expires within 14 calendar days from:

• the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good – if the Buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately
• the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part – in the case of the delivery of a product that consists of several lots or parts

Return conditions

• The product must be in new condition, without signs of wear, scratches, chips, bumps, or defects caused by an external shock.
• The product must be returned in the original box, together with all accessories received and a copy of the invoice.
• All of this must be properly packed to protect against possible damage during transport. Missing or damaged labels, markings on the products may lead to the refusal of the return request.
• Products purchased in the form of special packages or that benefit from other gift products cannot be returned individually but also in the form of a package or together with the gift product.
• If the purchase generates a gift coupon, and it has been used, the return of the value of the products will be made with the reduction of the value of the coupon.
• Returns will not be accepted within 14 calendar days if the products show signs of wear and cannot be resold.

Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the application of a compliance fee or the refusal of the return request. If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we can claim the return value. This decision will be communicated based on a technical assessment of the returned product made by the SC MURS SOCIETY SRL technical department.

The refund of the value of the returned products will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the products, as follows:

• for orders paid by bank card -> by refund to the account from which it was made
• for orders paid with cash on delivery -> by bank transfer to the account mentioned by the buyer in the return request sent.

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
